UK Sales Manager – Children's Online Courses

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct one-on-one online trial lessons.

• Evaluate the child's requirements.

• Suggest the most appropriate Kodland program.

• Assist the family in making the enrollment decision.

• Establish rapport and pose targeted questions to comprehend the child's background, interests, goals, and previous experiences.

• Facilitate a brief hands-on activity using prepared resources.

• Address inquiries, manage basic objections, and steer the family towards a definitive enrollment choice.

• Coordinate your availability with your Team Leader in advance and communicate in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clear and confident spoken English, easily comprehensible for UK parents.

• A dependable laptop or PC equipped with a functional webcam and microphone.

• Reliable internet connection suitable for seamless Zoom video calls.

• A quiet and professional workspace with your camera activated.

• Consistent availability of 20–25 hours per week during peak times (weekday UK afternoons/evenings and daytime weekend hours).

• Genuine comfort in communicating with both children and adults.

• Background in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching (preferred but not mandatory).

• Any previous experience working with children and/or parents (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule independently (preferred but not mandatory).
