UI/UX Instructor – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

• Oversee classroom learning activities and enhance the educational experience.

• Assign hands-on UI/UX design projects.

• Support students throughout the design journey.

• Create equitable evaluation criteria and offer constructive feedback on assignments.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and share expertise by engaging with students daily.

• Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and development.

• Knowledge and experience in UX methodologies.

• Proficient in designing user interfaces for web and mobile, as well as conducting usability testing.

• Skilled in using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Marvel, and Adobe XD.

• Familiar with visual collaboration tools like Whimsical, Miro, Notion, and Trello.

• Excellent networking abilities; effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

• Capable of collaborating with a diverse range of individuals.

• Background in digital design, with substantial experience in UI design, UX, IxD, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
