UI/UX Designer – Telehealth Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and refine patient-oriented processes (onboarding, eligibility, consultations, prescriptions)

• Enhance the provider dashboard utilized by our clinical team

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs

• Perform light usability assessments and suggest improvements

• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs

• Maintain and advance our design system for uniformity across the platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in health technology, SaaS, or patient-centric products

• Strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design work (not limited to marketing/branding)

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in designing mobile-first responsive web applications

• Comfortable working asynchronously within a small, agile team

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

• Bonus: experience with telehealth, EMR, or regulated health platforms
