• Create modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile experiences.

• Convert intricate business and product concepts into clear visual narratives and experiences.

• Showcase designs to clients, executives, product managers, and development teams.

• Articulate and justify design choices while integrating feedback, critiques, and iterations.

• Collaborate closely with developers from the initial concept through to implementation.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously when necessary.

• Assume responsibility and exhibit strong self-motivation.

• Ensure design consistency through the use of design systems and reusable components.

• Extensive professional experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Exceptional UI aesthetics, UX thinking, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in customer-facing presentations.

• Awareness of current design trends and AI-assisted workflows.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar applications.

• An online portfolio is required.

• Basic skills in video editing or motion design are a plus.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a bonus.

• Experience in mobile application design is advantageous.

• Background in designing enterprise or industrial solutions is a plus.
