UI/UX Designer, Mid Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with business and product objectives.

• Collaborate intimately with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful design solutions.

• Execute user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design choices.

• Develop and assess wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Create and uphold design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices.

• Ensure uniformity, usability, accessibility, and visual excellence across all user interfaces.

• Remain informed about industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile settings.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to balance user needs with business and technical limitations.
