UI/UX Designer Júnior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing interfaces for website pages and campaign landing pages;

• Contribute to UX enhancements based on data and testing, with a focus on user experience;

• Collaborate with the engineering team during the handoff of screens and components;

• Participate in performance analyses of pages (CTR, conversion, Core Web Vitals);

• Create and iterate on interactive lead generation tools, such as calculators, quizzes, and checklists;

• Support the evolution and maintenance of the Web team's Design System;

• Collaborate with business analysts on experiments and A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in visual design (hierarchy, typography, colors, contrast, and layout) and responsive design;

• Practical experience with Figma for creating screens, prototypes, and components;

• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (academic, personal, or professional);

• Interest in data and metrics to support design decisions;

• Curiosity about exploring AI tools applied to design.
