UI/UX Designer, Figma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• In the role of a UI/UX Designer, you will join a creative team dedicated to crafting intuitive and visually engaging digital products.

• You will collaborate closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to translate user requirements into cohesive and functional visual experiences.

• Responsible for building and maintaining a component library in Figma, including icons, illustrations, and UI elements;

• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes;

• Engaging in user research and testing sessions to gain insights into customer needs;

• Assisting development teams throughout the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy;

• Presenting and validating concepts with stakeholders and end users;

• Clearly documenting design specifications for the technical team to access easily.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using Figma for actual or personal projects

• Strong understanding of essential user-centered design principles and a genuine passion for UX/UI

• Familiarity with contemporary design trends for both desktop and mobile platforms

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach

• Keen attention to detail and a well-honed aesthetic sense

• Experience with various design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Basic understanding of UX research methods, including interviews, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing

• Familiarity with Jira or other project management software within an agile framework

• A degree in a design-related discipline (visual arts, architecture, visual communication, etc.)
