This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take charge of the design process from initial discovery to final delivery: identify problems, map user flows, prototype, create high-fidelity UI, collaborate with engineers during implementation, and iterate post-release.
• Design intricate B2B workflows that are intuitive, efficient, and feel “obviously correct” for enterprise users.
• Enhance interaction design for our specialized whiteboards/canvases: including object models, editing states, affordances, spatial navigation, consistency, edge cases, and scalability.
• Develop robust prototypes in Figma (and other tools as required) to validate concepts early and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to and advance our design system, including patterns, components, interaction standards, and documentation, enabling us to deliver faster without compromising quality.
• Work collaboratively across functions: Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, as our team integrates design throughout the entire process (value discovery → delivery → adoption → customer success → value discovery).
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions (customer interviews, support metrics, product usage, feedback loops) and clearly communicate trade-offs.
• Additionally, leverage AI not only to enhance efficiency but also to develop AI-driven features for our users (e.g., intelligent suggestions, insight generation, automation) that significantly improve planning and execution outcomes.
• Demonstrated product design expertise in B2B SaaS web applications, supported by a portfolio that highlights decision-making and results.
• Proficient in Figma with experience in contributing to design systems and reusable components.
• Strong foundation in UX principles: Information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and systems thinking.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, discussing constraints, trade-offs, and implementation details to ensure design integrity through to launch.
• High level of ownership in small teams and the capability to navigate from ambiguity to tangible outcomes.
• Preferable (big plus): Experience in designing whiteboard/canvas tools or other complex interactive products.
• Familiarity with enterprise admin concepts (roles/permissions/workspace management) and/or onboarding and activation processes.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted prototyping workflows (such as Lovable, Figma Make, or similar tools) to transform insights into prototypes for quick user validation.
• Flexible working hours
• Options for remote work
• Opportunities for professional development
