UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and various stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and user needs.

• Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that effectively illustrate design concepts and solutions.

• Craft high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and align with industry best practices and brand guidelines.

• Execute user research and usability testing to confirm design decisions and refine designs as necessary.

• Develop interactive prototypes to convey design concepts and collect feedback from stakeholders and learners.

• Partner closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates UI and UX design skills along with a process-oriented approach to design.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with user research and methodologies for usability testing.

• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
