UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance user interfaces for landing pages and microsites, producing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with marketing aims, business targets, usability, and visual appeal.

• Work in collaboration with developers and various stakeholders to ensure designs are mobile-friendly, load quickly, and are optimized for SEO, thereby supporting the success of campaigns.

• Utilize A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to enhance performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion rates.

• Partner closely with other designers to develop and refine the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across UI components.

• Create and enhance concepts for organic marketing across multiple channels such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and ensure designs align with the brand’s strategic and business objectives.

• Rapidly iterate in a dynamic environment, continually refining designs to boost performance and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UI/UX and visual design, preferably in a performance-oriented marketing context.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and digital marketing best practices.

• Proven experience in collaborating and developing design systems to maintain consistency across digital platforms.

• Exceptional ability to convert marketing and business objectives into impactful design solutions.
