This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Design graphics, illustrations, and visual components that align with educational objectives.

• Collaborate closely with curriculum and content teams to ensure design elements support educational aims.

• Maintain a cohesive visual style that is suitable for various age groups and accessible to diverse audiences.

• Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions for presenting content in novel ways.

• Develop engaging animations and motion graphics to foster student learning and comprehension.

• Keep abreast of design trends, animation techniques, and educational tools to continuously enhance content quality.

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in graphic and UI/UX design.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with animation software such as After Effects, Blender, or similar tools.

• Strong portfolio that highlights a variety of design and animation projects.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and insights into how students of different age groups interact with content.

• Effectively communicate in English with team members.

• Possess a collaborative mindset and be open to feedback, adapting designs as necessary.

• Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enhance student engagement.
