UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Design responsive web layouts that optimize conversions for our website, enhancing the overall user experience.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to clearly convey design concepts, ensuring functionality and brand consistency.

• Independently design and manage new Shopify landing pages utilizing JSON, Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Work in tandem with the Growth team to create design variations, run A/B tests, and leverage insights for better user engagement.

• Develop, modify, and enhance landing pages using tools such as GemPages, Unbounce, Shogun, and Replo (experience is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is crucial).

• Transform user feedback into practical design solutions with a strong focus on usability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of UX/UI design experience specifically in eCommerce, accompanied by a portfolio that demonstrates results-driven projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX/UI principles, best practices in website design, and conversion rate optimization, along with the capacity to convert data into design enhancements.

• A passion for building, iterating, and independently tackling challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Bonus Points: Strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid) vital for Shopify development, and familiarity with JSON templates.

• Bonus Points: Experience with Figma, page builders (GemPages, Unbounce, Shogun, Replo), and/or knowledge of AI-driven design tools.
