UI/UX Designer, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create the next generation of ZEP products (Vue.js-based) with an emphasis on B2B SaaS usability and seamless handoff to development.

• Collaborate in designing our new AI products, including user interfaces for agentic workflows.

• Develop, enhance, and sustain our design system across various design and prototyping tools.

• Execute AI-powered prototype sprints: transitioning from briefing to a clickable prototype in 1 to 2 days.

• Engage in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and our Co-CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with AI-native tools that you use actively: prototyping with Lovable, Figma Make, or Claude.

• Essential design tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for concept development, copywriting, and coding.

• Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI IDEs to comprehend Vue.js components and enhance design handoffs.

• Ideally, experience with MCP, agentic workflows, or custom GPTs.

• You recognize the distinction: you know when a Claude design prototype suffices and when meticulous design thinking with pixel-perfect execution is necessary.

• A strong appreciation for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
