This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of RPA and intelligent automation projects within clinical operations, revenue cycle management, and administrative functions.
• Take responsibility for the entire automation project lifecycle, including intake, discovery, design, build, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain thorough project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource matrices, risk registers, RAID logs, and executive dashboards that conform to each client's PMO standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between clinical and business process stakeholders, IT, the UiPath Center of Excellence (CoE), and the Director of Intelligent Automation at each client location.
• Lead interdisciplinary delivery teams comprised of UiPath developers, business analysts, QA engineers, infrastructure experts, and change-management professionals.
• Ensure that all solutions are designed and developed in line with UiPath best practices, CoE standards, reusable component frameworks, and the IT architecture guidelines of each client.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Over 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading UiPath or similar RPA platform implementations in active production settings.
• Demonstrated success in delivering automation projects within a healthcare environment, such as health plans, academic medical centers, or large hospital systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare IT systems, along with practical experience supporting Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar EHR platforms.
• Direct experience in integrating automation solutions with Epic modules (MyChart, OpTime, Beaker) and/or Cerner or Meditech workflows in extensive hospital system environments.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) automation activities, including prior authorization, claims processing, eligibility verification, and charge capture.
• Expertise in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Strong proficiency in project and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities in large, complex healthcare organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-presentation skills; comfortable presenting to Director and VP-level audiences.
