Fund Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of conference preparation, including target lists, attendee research, outreach, scheduling, briefings, and follow-up tracking.

• Develop databases for investors, partners, lenders, companies, and counterparties using public sources, LinkedIn, and other avenues.

• Create and refresh presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operational trackers.

• Assist with financial models, fund analytics, pipeline tracking, and scoring tools.

• Conduct research on investors, gaming firms, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and relevant transactions.

• Establish and manage the credit deals pipeline.

• Organize and prepare dealflow scoring.

• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, documents, notes, follow-ups, and internal reporting to ensure visibility of progress and obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles.

• Strong generalist abilities across research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination.

• Exceptional attention to detail; produces accurate, functional work with minimal need for revision.

• Capable of transforming ambiguous tasks into clear deliverables, work plans, deadlines, and actionable next steps.

• Quick researcher proficient in various domains including companies, investors, sectors, individuals, conferences, transactions, and public data.

• High sense of ownership: proactively follows up, completes tasks, documents work, and ensures progress is visible.

• A keen interest in gaming, fintech, credit, private markets, venture capital, or digital platforms is preferred.
