UI/Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establishing the visual direction and aesthetic for digital products, encompassing typography, color schemes, UI patterns, and design systems.

• Overseeing and guiding the design process for a diverse array of products.

• Crafting brand identity and guidelines while ensuring uniformity across all product and brand interactions.

• Leading UI projects and steering the design journey from initial concept to final delivery.

• Engaging directly with clients, facilitating workshops, and showcasing design concepts and solutions (with PM support).

• Enhancing workflows, establishing internal design methodologies, and upholding visual standards.

• Collaborating with other designers and working alongside an interdisciplinary team including researchers, strategists, content writers, and developers.

• Developing marketing and communication materials.

• Logo design or refinement, if necessary (a desirable skill).

• Mentoring junior and mid-level UI designers, providing guidance and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional skills in layouts, grids, UI patterns, color theory, and typography.

• Over 3 years of proven commercial experience.

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing commercial projects.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Polish (B2+/C1).

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• A proactive mindset, with the capability to solve problems and navigate challenges.

• A solid understanding of business and technology.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Desirable: Skills in illustration, motion design, 3D, or animation.

• Desirable: Experience in brand identity design.

• Desirable: An active social media presence (e.g., Dribbble or Behance).
