Senior Art Director/Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop brand identities along with visual systems.

• Offer art direction and create visual concepts.

• Design campaign concepts, key visuals, and identities for campaigns.

• Enhance and rejuvenate existing brands.

• Convert strategy and messaging into distinct visual ideas.

• Create visual territories that can be scaled across various campaigns and channels.

• Ensure consistent application of brand and campaign systems across websites, presentations, social media, paid media, events, and other assets.

• Operate independently from strategic or conceptual guidance through to high-level execution.

• Collaborate effectively within remote and culturally diverse teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience, preferably 7+ years.

• A portfolio showcasing strong work in both branding and campaign development.

• Deep understanding of traditional Art Direction principles and campaign creation.

• Proven experience in crafting key visuals and campaign identities rather than merely adapting existing assets.

• Exceptional skills in typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in building comprehensive brand and visual systems, beyond just logos or isolated elements.

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to explore various creative directions.

• Capability to consistently translate a core idea or key visual across multiple formats and channels.

• High level of craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to operate independently and make informed decisions without ongoing creative direction.

• Skill in interpreting feedback and enhancing the work accordingly.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe tools.

• Comfortable working in English within remote and multicultural teams.

• Portfolio, availability in hours, and hourly rate required in the Experience Summary.
