Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold Canva templates and brand assets.

• Create posters, signage, social media graphics, and campaign materials.

• Assist with designing beer labels, packaging, menus, and merchandise.

• Establish and maintain clear brand guidelines.

• Ensure uniformity across colors, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity.

• Create an organized library of brand assets and templates.

• Translate briefs from various business sectors into cohesive, on-brand creative outputs.

• Present innovative concepts and ideas.

• Ensure that marketing materials are distinctly aligned with the company's brand identity.

• Collaborate closely with the team, acting as a creative extension of the internal team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• A strong portfolio that showcases previous work.

• Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.

• Experience in working within an established brand identity.

• Proficient in Canva.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Capability to prepare artwork accurately for both digital and professional print production.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple briefs, and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and consistency.

• Strong creative intuition and the confidence to offer constructive creative direction.

• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client engagements.

• Must represent this engagement on LinkedIn as “Independent Contractor.”
