This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Brand Design team and establish high-quality standards.
• Motivate and guide designers while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
• Define and enhance Sumsub's brand system, encompassing color, typography, layout conventions, and visual identity.
• Oversee creative projects including research reports, presentation decks, social media and LinkedIn content, campaign landing pages, and event/print materials.
• Ensure a confident and structurally sound visual language across both print and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and review workflows.
• Conduct regular design evaluations focusing on typography, color logic, chart/data visualization techniques, and layout.
• Manage the creative pipeline, including project briefs, task tracking, and prioritization.
• Successfully handle a high volume of simultaneous campaigns and requests with exceptional craftsmanship.
• Articulate brand decisions to marketing and leadership, aligning creative execution with business objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in brand design.
• A portfolio showcasing systems thinking across print and digital marketing formats, including reports, decks, campaigns, social media, and print materials.
• More than 2 years of experience leading a design team.
• Proven ability to mentor designers and enhance creative workflows.
• Strong visual sensibility focused on bold, saturated, and graphic design approaches.
• Solid understanding of print production essentials, including bleed, color modes, and preparation of print-ready files.
• Familiarity with digital marketing design practices, covering social formats, campaign assets, and basic motion literacy.
• Master-level skills in Figma, including the development and maintenance of component libraries and documented brand systems.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint/Google Slides and InDesign or similar tools for print design.
• Experience in creating and documenting brand guidelines, including typography scales, chart/data visualization styles, and layout rules across formats.
• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Capability to manage projects from initial brief to final delivery across multiple concurrent workflows.
