UI UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Slash is on the hunt for an energetic and enthusiastic UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team focused on crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital products while ensuring seamless business operations and a fantastic work environment.

• Your primary responsibility will be to design both functional and aesthetically pleasing features that meet the needs of our clients.

• Leveraging your creativity and design sensibility, coupled with your technical skills, you will create outstanding user experiences.

• You will collaborate with the product owner and our development team.

• Together, you will produce UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products.

• In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to represent our clients' voices.

• You will convert their requirements into intuitive designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.

• A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in at least one design software, such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with the following technologies and software: Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience in user research and the ability to translate research insights into your designs.

• Skills in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

• Ability to transform requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and engaging user interfaces.

• Experience in designing UI elements like input controls, navigational components, and informational components, along with creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).

• Proficiency in identifying and resolving UX issues (e.g., layout, platform specificity, page hierarchy).

• Effective collaboration with product, engineering, and management teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both in interactions with customers and within your team.

• Ability to create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback, while also integrating feedback such as usage metrics and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
