UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, high-fidelity Figma mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Consistently implement the client's Design System along with reusable components and patterns across all deliverables.

• Convert UX requirements, research insights, user stories, and acceptance criteria into practical, well-crafted design solutions.

• Refine designs based on research findings, usability results, stakeholder feedback, technical input, and product priorities.

• Assist in backlog refinement, solution planning, and design discussions with product and technical teams.

• Conduct self-assessments and peer reviews focusing on usability, consistency, accessibility, and alignment with the design system.

• Prepare finalized designs for development handover, including specifications, flows, interaction behaviors, and implementation notes.

• Provide support to development teams during implementation and evaluate development outputs against approved designs.

• Facilitate usability testing by preparing prototypes, observing sessions, and updating designs based on findings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in interaction design, UX design, and prototyping.

• Proficient in user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI design.

• Strong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and human-centered design.

• Expertise in Figma and design system-based design.

• Experience in applying and enhancing Design Systems and component libraries.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in Agile product delivery environments.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
