• 4 to 6 years of professional experience, preferably in an agency environment.

• Possess a robust UI sensibility and a strong visual design expertise for digital products, complemented by UX skills that enhance your work.

• Apply a blend of strategic, conceptual, and design abilities across various deliverables.

• Develop and oversee original, visually striking work that aligns with brand identity and serves a clear purpose.

• Proficient in establishing and maintaining visual design systems, with experience in creating and implementing tokenized components for scalable design.

• Skilled in leveraging AI tools to enhance and streamline the design process, from research through to prototyping.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and diverse teams within AKQA, fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
