This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UHNW Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, product teams, and operations partners to address the unique needs of UHNW clients.

• Act as the main operational and performance reporting lead for intricate UHNW client relationships, which include multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, closely held assets, alternative investments, and personal accounts.

• Provide exceptional internal support for urgent requests that impact clients.

• Conduct thorough analysis of investment performance data.

• Spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable UHNW performance reporting frameworks.

• Develop and maintain highly customized reports, encompassing consolidated performance, entity-level reporting, net worth summaries, and asset allocation perspectives.

• Build and refine reporting templates specifically designed for UHNW clients and their evolving requirements.

• Design, test, and improve reporting structures within Orion, including workflows for managing complex, multi-entity, and alternative investment data.

• Recognize system limitations and create innovative, manual, or temporary solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Address performance discrepancies and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues.

• Educate advisors on performance calculations, benchmarks, and reporting methodologies.

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manually maintained accounts within Orion and related systems.

• Transform valuation and transaction data into templates for portfolio accounting systems.

• Aid in the development of repeatable processes for integrating alternative and illiquid investments into reporting outputs.

• Play a pivotal role in establishing and advancing the UHNW operations and reporting function, including defining best practices, workflows, and scalable processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

• At least 8 years of experience in financial services operations, investment reporting, portfolio accounting, family office operations, private wealth, or UHNW client service.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience supporting UHNW, family office, institutional, or complex multi-entity client relationships.

• Strong background with portfolio accounting and performance reporting systems (such as Addepar and Orion Advisor Technology).

• Comprehensive knowledge of portfolio accounting, performance calculation methodologies, benchmark application, cash flow treatment, reconciliation, manual asset valuation, and consolidated reporting across various entities.

• Proven experience in environments with incomplete systems or data, showcasing the ability to create processes and solutions from the ground up.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
