UGC Manager, Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee communication with our content creators, providing support from the onboarding phase and brief requests to the execution of ongoing UGC projects.

• You will enhance and grow our creator pool by reviewing applications and assisting in the identification of new and suitable content creators.

• Let your creativity shine: craft innovative briefs for UGC, re-edit projects, and manage high-quality shoots where you can fully utilize your strategic and creative expertise.

• You will coordinate feedback loops, evaluate created content, and ensure adherence to our quality standards.

• For larger productions based at HQ, you will assist the team in pre-production planning and, when necessary, accompany shoots on-site (in Berlin or Mannheim).

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Creative Strategist or Creator Manager and are experienced in writing briefs for various video projects.

• A strong understanding of social media, trends, and high-performing content (e.g., TikTok & Instagram) - you are well-versed in the UGC space and eager to continue learning.

• You are an exceptional communicator with strong organizational skills: you connect people and ideas, manage multiple concurrent projects, and ensure seamless operations between teams, creators, and processes.

• You comprehend growth marketing mechanisms and can analyze relevant KPIs to formulate creative and strategic approaches.

• Ideally, you possess experience in planning high-quality video productions, supporting on-site shoots, and have hands-on experience as a content creator.
