Associate Creative Director, Consumer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage the creative vision and deliverables for clients within a specific industry vertical, acting as the primary creative advisor and transforming insights and data into innovative campaigns.

• Supervise all facets of creative work, from strategy to execution and post-production, ensuring that the output meets performance objectives.

• Convert insights and data into innovative campaigns that align creative efforts with business goals and channel strategies.

• Lead and guide a team of creative professionals (including Creative Strategists, Designers, Editors, etc.), overseeing 3–4 senior-level direct reports.

• Foster team development through coaching, structured growth plans, and training initiatives, while managing performance, retention, staffing, and promotion recommendations.

• Advocate for high-performance creative workflows, quality assurance processes, and best practices across all channels.

• Identify opportunities for client growth through creative-driven retention and expansion initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in roles such as Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Design Director, Video Director, or Senior Creative Lead within a creative and/or media advertising agency.

• A proven portfolio showcasing your ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative campaigns across various channels.

• Senior-level expertise in one or more executional skill sets: Copywriting, Design, Production, Strategy, or Post Production.

• Extensive experience collaborating with and managing creative teams across multiple client accounts.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong presentation and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of creative best practices, strategy, compliance, project management, and team leadership.

• Exceptional capability for original conceptualization paired with strong organizational skills.

• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.

• Experience as a focused, strong, and empathetic leader.
