Associate Creative Director, Consumer Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the creative vision and production for clients within a specific industry sector, acting as the senior creative consultant who transforms insights and data into innovative campaigns.

• Supervise all dimensions of creativity—from strategy development to execution and post-production—ensuring that the output meets performance objectives.

• Convert insights and data into innovative campaigns that align creative efforts with business and channel goals.

• Lead and supervise a team of creative professionals (Creative Strategists, Designers, Editors, etc.), managing 3–4 direct reports at senior levels.

• Foster team development through coaching, establishing clear growth plans, and implementing training initiatives while overseeing performance, retention, staffing, and promotion suggestions.

• Advocate for high-performance creative workflows, quality assurance processes, and best practices across multiple channels.

• Spot client growth opportunities through creative-driven retention and expansion strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have previously held positions such as Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, Design Director, Video Director, or Senior Creative Lead at a creative or media advertising agency.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to conceptualize, develop, and deliver creative campaigns across various channels.

• Mastery at a senior level in one or more executional skill sets: Copywriting, Design, Production, Strategy, or Post Production.

• Extensive experience in collaborating with and managing creative teams across multiple client accounts.

• Proven experience in a client-facing capacity, showcasing your ability to present and solve problems effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of creative best practices, strategy, compliance, project management, and team leadership.

• Strong original conceptualization skills coupled with high organizational proficiency.

• A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience as a focused, strong, and empathetic leader.
