UAT/QA Tester

📋 Description

• Develop, document, and implement test plans, cases, and scripts.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify business requirements and workflows.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects until resolution.

• Validate new features, enhancements, and system modifications prior to release.

• Assist with regression testing to ensure stability across various releases.

• Work alongside developers and product teams to address issues and obstacles.

• Facilitate or assist in UAT sessions with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Analyze testing outcomes and generate reports on quality and readiness.

• Ensure applications adhere to functional, usability, and data accuracy standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UAT and functional testing.

• Prior experience in testing tax applications.

• Capability to convert business requirements into test scenarios.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• SQL proficiency for data validation tasks.

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
