UAT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing, maintaining, and executing user testing plans through both automated and manual techniques.

• Identifying challenges and facilitating resolution with both functional and technical teams.

• Analyzing business issues and evaluating how automation can be utilized to address them.

• Ongoing validation to ensure that the testing environment meets the necessary data requirements.

• Documenting test outcomes, monitoring progress, addressing defects, and adhering to timelines for completing testing cycles.

• Providing support for testing across all projects and necessary changes affecting systems.

• Evaluating requirements to define the scope of testing.

• Collaborating with Business Analysts and development teams to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare (Health Insurance/Payer) sector is required, with a preference for knowledge in Enrollment and Billing.

• The candidate should have experience in writing SQL queries along with functional and regression testing experience.

• Proficiency in testing software such as Silk Test, Jira, etc., is an advantage.

• Familiarity with EDI transactions (834, 837, etc.) is beneficial.

• Capability to analyze functional requirements, user stories, and wireframes is essential.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.

• Outstanding interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
