This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Curriculum development: Ongoing enhancement and updating of our educational curriculum.

• Tutoring: Regular tutoring sessions to deepen understanding of the teaching materials and clarify any outstanding questions.

• Team responsibility: Collaborating with instructors and colleagues to promote student success and improve the course.

⛳️ Requirements

• Enrollment status: Must be enrolled at a university for at least one more year (essential).

• Time commitment: Willing to work 15-20 hours per week as a tutor (essential).

• Experience: Initial experience in digital sales, particularly with CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot, and a willingness to deepen this knowledge.

• Language skills: Fluent in German with excellent communication abilities.

• Interpersonal skills: Empathetic and enjoys working with people.

• Organizational talent: Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to every project.
