This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Review and investigate escalated reports and appeals related to possible violations of our policies.
β’ Conduct impartial, thorough, and timely investigations into reported content, ensuring they are evidence-based and free from bias.
β’ Assist in resolving issues flagged by moderation teams.
β’ Address incoming user inquiries, complaints, feedback, and reports.
β’ Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
β’ Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance policies that improve the experience for creators and readers.
β’ Stay informed about current events while aiding in policy research and analysis.
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in trust and safety or community management, with a focus on user-generated content moderation.
β’ Native-level proficiency in both French and German.
β’ Strong technological skills, including experience with Zendesk or similar helpdesk software, Airtable, SharePoint, MS Office, etc.
β’ Ability to comprehend and analyze complex cases effectively.
β’ A keen interest in content policy, compliance, and internet governance.
β’ Experience working within a multicultural company is essential.
