Trust & Safety Agent – New Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate regularly with the team to assess potentially suspicious activities on a daily basis, aiding the company in safeguarding legitimate users and preventing financial losses.

• Work efficiently and thoroughly to adhere to interdepartmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring a high standard of work quality.

• Perform comprehensive reviews at the transaction level.

• Identify and analyze trends to uncover opportunities for enhanced results and risk mitigation.

• Engage with customers to address inquiries related to trust and risk.

• Provide prompt inbound email and chat support for users requiring immediate assistance.

• Conduct thoughtful investigations of Trust & Risk cases that have medium complexity and high sensitivity, all while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve outstanding queries.

• Efficiently navigate through a backlog of unresolved issues and monitor the performance of critical operations.

• Uphold the company's reputation with integrity and professionalism.

• Analyze key metrics and leverage data to drive informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (expected graduation in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) in any field or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and with empathy.

• A customer-first mindset and a passion for solving problems with accountability.

• Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new systems.

• A collaborative team player with a commitment to process improvement.

• Previous internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support is preferred.

• Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is advantageous.

• Availability to work on weekends is required.
