This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Oversee our player report system and address player reports, which may involve highly sensitive material, including CSAM.
β’ Report inappropriate content to NCMEC.
β’ Utilize CRM tools to address and resolve player reports.
β’ Collaborate closely with our Customer Support and Live-Operations teams to tackle difficult guideline violations and implement new Trust & Safety policies.
β’ Identify potential abuse vectors in new features and suggest methods for mitigation or elimination.
β’ Engage directly with players through our designated channels to assist in resolving reports.
β’ Join a diverse, multicultural, and multilingual Trust & Safety team operating globally.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in content moderation.
β’ A bachelor's degree.
β’ Proficiency in both English and Portuguese; additional languages are advantageous.
β’ Experience with technical systems such as CRMs, moderation platforms, and admin panels.
β’ A keen interest in mobile gaming.
β’ Experience in a fully remote working and communication environment.
β’ Willingness to work both daytime and nighttime shifts.
β’ Ability to navigate challenges in a fast-paced, continuously evolving setting without sacrificing work quality.
