This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Conduct inspections across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Phase, Investor, Engineering Assistant, Mold, Environmental, and more.
• Foster strong business relationships with clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions during inspections.
• Prepare reports that are straightforward, succinct, and easy to comprehend.
• Availability to work five or six days a week is essential. You can choose your day off, but full-time inspection work is required.
• The schedule is adaptable, accommodating requested shifts and days off.
• A minimum of two years of experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of home inspection procedures and related practices.
• Basic proficiency in computers, applications, and office equipment.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• A guaranteed minimum of 4-5 inspections per week.
• Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage available after six months of employment.
• Mileage Accountability Program offered.
