This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prepare and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, consolidating forecasts for collections, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Create cash projections and scenarios to identify funding requirements, financial availability, and liquidity risks.
• Evaluate discrepancies between forecasted and actual figures, investigate root causes, and suggest measures to enhance cash flow predictability.
• Analyze working capital while considering collection and payment terms, delinquency, and financial obligations.
• Track payment and collection schedules, factoring in fund availability, priorities, and approval authority levels.
• Manage operational and technical relationships with financial institutions, overseeing services, fees, limits, and banking conditions.
• Explore alternatives for fundraising, receivables discounting, supplier risk financing, and investing surplus cash, preparing comparisons for management approval.
• Oversee loans, financing arrangements, and other financial transactions, monitoring charges, amortization, maturities, collateral, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor bank and financial reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure that outstanding issues are resolved in collaboration with Accounting.
• Prepare management reports and indicators regarding liquidity, indebtedness, financial costs, and the accuracy of cash flow forecasts.
• Facilitate integration among Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting, and Financial Planning.
• Assist with the month-end closing process by providing details on bank balances, investments, debt, charges, and other financial positions.
• Enhance Treasury processes and controls while ensuring segregation of duties, traceability, and compliance with internal policies.
• Engage in automation, bank integration, and ERP improvement projects, offering technical support to the team and aiding with audits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in corporate treasury, encompassing cash management, financial projections, working capital, and banking relationship management.
• Advanced expertise in preparing and analyzing actual and projected cash flows, including scenario development and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with banking products, credit transactions, financial investments, and liquidity management tools.
• Capability to assess financial costs, rates, charges, and contractual terms associated with fundraising operations.
• Proficient in using SAP for financial processes, inquiries, information extraction, and integration with Accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create financial models, manage databases, and automate controls.
• Understanding of bank reconciliation, payment and collection file integration, and financial closing processes.
• Awareness of how Treasury operations affect accounting records and financial statements.
• Experience in preparing management analyses and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
