This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Mentor and support Account Executives in structuring and delivering treasury-oriented demonstrations, fostering team-wide proficiency and assurance with financial stakeholders rather than solely intervening personally.
• Educate and enhance the skills of AEs and Customer Success Managers on US banking connectivity concepts, integration pathways, and techniques for addressing technical objections in real-world scenarios.
• Create reusable enablement resources, including demo scripts, treasury workflow documentation, bank compatibility matrices, and integration summaries.
• Establish a feedback mechanism between the field and Product teams, ensuring that genuine insights from prospects and customers inform the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Account Executives during intricate mid-market sales cycles, providing treasury and technical expertise during discovery calls, demonstrations, and evaluations.
• Tailor product demonstrations to align with the specific cash management workflows, ERP systems, and banking arrangements of prospects.
• Facilitate technical and treasury-related discussions with CFOs, Controllers, and Treasurers to identify challenges and align them with Agicap's value proposition.
• Develop and present customized business cases and ROI analyses to enhance deal velocity and elevate average contract values.
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations and manage sandbox environments for prospects, overseeing the technical aspects of the sales process from start to finish.
• Address RFPs and security/technical inquiries.
• Contribute to competitive positioning by acquiring in-depth knowledge of US alternatives and articulating Agicap's unique differentiators.
• Act as the primary expert on US banking connectivity throughout the sales process, guiding prospects on integration options (API, SFTP, H2H, SWIFT) with their current banking partners.
• Simplify complex connectivity concepts into clear, non-technical terms for CFOs and Controllers, serving as the communication link that transforms technical proficiency into sales momentum.
• Proactively engage with US banks, both large national and regional institutions, to establish and sustain connectivity partnerships and documentation.
• Assist prospects in anticipating integration complexities early on, minimizing post-sale surprises and expediting time-to-live.
• Collaborate closely with implementation and customer success teams to facilitate banking connectivity setup for new clients.
• Lead or assist in the technical configuration of SFTP, H2H, and SWIFT connections across US banks, including major institutions (JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi) and smaller regional banks (Note: As Agicap US grows, hands-on configuration tasks are expected to transition to a dedicated implementation resource, and candidates will be informed accordingly).
• Develop and maintain an evolving playbook of US bank integration specifications, contacts, and known requirements to streamline setup times across the team.
• Diagnose connectivity issues during onboarding and act as an escalation point for challenges related to banking integration.
• Coordinate with bank technical teams on behalf of customers when necessary.
• Relay market and prospect insights back to Product to influence the US banking connectivity roadmap.
• Monitor and report on the effect of pre-sales involvement on win rates, deal sizes, and the duration of sales cycles.
• Over 5 years of experience in treasury, corporate banking, fintech pre-sales, or financial software implementation.
• Practical experience in corporate treasury — ideally someone who has faced cash positioning, bank reconciliation, and reporting challenges from the corporate side prior to transitioning into the vendor or consulting sphere; CTP designation is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of US banking connectivity standards: SFTP file transfers, Host-to-Host (H2H) connections, SWIFT (MT/MX), and ideally bank APIs.
• Experience with a diverse array of US banks, encompassing regional and community institutions.
• Strong comprehension of corporate treasury workflows: cash positioning, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and forecasting.
• Proven track record in supporting complex B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles, particularly with mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Exceptional communication skills — equally adept in discussions with CFOs and technical integration conversations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure in areas with little existing framework (this role is relatively new at Agicap US).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Attractive compensation: Annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150k to $200k based on seniority.
• Competitive benefits package including health benefits and a 401k plan.
• Top performers gain access to stock options.
