Solution Delivery Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective design, integration, configuration, and delivery of technical solutions to clients.

• Implement new and existing capabilities and solutions for providers, payers, states, and partners.

• Enable smooth data exchange across the homecare ecosystem, ensuring the right information is delivered to the appropriate individuals at the right time.

• Create project plans and provide regular status updates.

• Design and test the solution while troubleshooting and iterating throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guarantee that technical solutions align with client expectations and enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in complex customer implementations and system integration.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Highly engaging and collaborative approach when working cross-functionally.

• Strong technical and project management skills, capable of driving operational excellence through partnerships with cross-functional teams.

• Proficient troubleshooting skills with the ability to swiftly analyze and resolve issues.

• Detail-oriented, ensuring that all components of the solution are thoroughly verified and meet quality standards.

• Ability to thrive in a team setting and contribute to shared objectives.

• Skilled at task prioritization and managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Creative thinker, highly motivated, and self-driven.

• Quick learner who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong writing skills for producing clear documentation.

• Willingness to acquire new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing support systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with Healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs) is preferred.

• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools.

• Experience collaborating with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers; experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
