Associate Engineer – M365 Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 customer environments through designated engineering tasks, basic administration, and ticket-based responsibilities.

• Collaborate with Engineers and Senior Engineers on customer interactions, project initiatives, assessments, and implementation assistance.

• Conduct preliminary tenant evaluations, basic health assessments, configuration checks, and research using established guidelines, standards, and checklists.

• Record technical observations, configuration details, ticket activity, project contributions, and completed work.

• Adhere to DGR delivery standards, engineering practices, escalation procedures, and documented processes.

• Pursue Microsoft certifications, technical training, and practical learning that align with the progression towards Engineer and Senior Engineer roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in an administrative or support role.

• A keen interest in developing Microsoft 365 administration skills, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

• Capability to follow established procedures, checklists, troubleshooting protocols, and engineering guidance.

• An evolving troubleshooting mindset for typical access, collaboration, productivity, and Microsoft 365 administration challenges.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security principles such as MFA, Conditional Access, and email protection.

• Experience with PowerShell or a willingness to learn basic administrative scripting.

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to manage assigned tickets, project support, administrative duties, and learning goals in a consulting engineering context.
