Treasury Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Assist with daily fiat banking operations, which include preparing payments, monitoring accounts, managing FX activities, and performing balance checks.

• Aid in the management of crypto wallet operations, encompassing wallet creation, whitelisting, transfers, balance monitoring, and reconciliations.

• Facilitate crypto-to-fiat conversions, off-ramping, exchange activities, and tracking of crypto payments.

• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports covering fiat, crypto, exchanges, wallets, and group entities.

• Oversee intercompany transfers and funds in transit to guarantee accurate cash visibility.

• Assist in utilizing, maintaining, and enhancing Datarails or other Treasury Management Systems.

• Support the migration of treasury systems, including data mapping, setup of bank and wallet connections, testing, and reconciliation activities.

• Manage and reconcile virtual card platforms.

• Aid in KYC, onboarding, and documentation processes for banks, payment partners, exchanges, and wallet providers.

• Collaborate with Finance, AP/AR, Legal, Compliance, Operations, banks, exchanges, and treasury system providers.

• Prepare treasury reports and updates for senior treasury and finance leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in treasury, finance operations, payments, cash management, or a related role.

• Practical knowledge of Datarails or another Treasury Management System.

• Experience in supporting treasury system migrations, implementations, mapping, testing, or process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto wallets, wallet operations, whitelisting, transfers, and reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of fiat banking, payment approvals, international payments, FX, and liquidity reporting.

• Strong skills in Excel, reconciliation, organization, and attention to detail.
