Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Define and oversee the FX hedging program in its entirety, which includes exposure identification, sizing, execution, settlement, and P&L attribution, as well as executing FX forwards to mitigate balance sheet exposures across global entities.

• Develop FX exposure reporting and forecasting, and assess an intercompany netting process to lessen gross FX exposure, hedging volume, and trading expenses.

• Maximize yield on operating cash while managing daily global liquidity, which encompasses cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investment execution in accordance with policy.

• Assist in the management of Veeam’s debt portfolio, covering interest payments, interest rate swaps, covenant tracking, and compliance reporting.

• Contribute to the formulation of FX and investment policies and the operational procedures that support them, including trade workflows, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

• Be responsible for the forecast of Other Interest and Expense in conjunction with FP&A, and aid in the month-end close process for FX, derivatives, investments, and debt with Accounting.

• Generate executive-level reports on FX exposures, hedge performance, investments, liquidity, and covenant compliance.

• Play a key role in selecting and implementing new treasury systems, facilitate integration with NetSuite, and pinpoint automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury with practical involvement in FX trading and short-term investment execution.

• A robust accounting background in FX, demonstrating understanding of FX revaluation, hedge accounting, and the impact of FX on the P&L and balance sheet.

• Experience with a global multinational organization that operates across multiple currencies and entities.

• Solid working knowledge of FX derivatives and money markets, with proficiency in treasury systems and trading platforms.

• Advanced Excel capabilities, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• A builder’s mindset with sound risk judgment, an ownership mentality, and the ability to collaborate across functions and in different time zones.
