Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily treasury functions for our prediction markets platform, ensuring strict compliance with CFTC and National Futures Association regulations.

• Prepare and assess calculations for customer funds segregation and secured amounts, generating the daily Segregated Investment Detail Report (SIDR) alongside the necessary regulatory submissions.

• Reconcile bank, custodial, and clearing accounts; verify collateral, restricted cash, and margin balances; and proactively address and resolve any discrepancies before deadlines.

• Manage daily cash positioning and outgoing payments, including wire transfers, customer withdrawals, and margin funding to exchanges and clearinghouses.

• Maintain stringent treasury controls and documentation—ensuring segregation of duties, evidence retention, and producing clean, examiner-ready workpapers.

• Collaborate with Compliance, Accounting, Risk, and Operations on regulatory reporting, examinations, and enhancements to treasury processes and controls.

• Assist in automation initiatives by verifying outputs, monitoring for exceptions, and reinforcing the integrity of our operational controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, regulatory finance, or cash management.

• Practical experience with customer funds segregation calculations and SIDR reporting.

• Familiarity with CFTC regulations and National Futures Association standards.

• Demonstrated success in reconciliations, cash positioning, and payment processing under strict deadlines.

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve them promptly when time is of the essence.

• Proficiency in operating within stringent internal control frameworks and under regulatory oversight.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
