Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop a cash and capital management function that is capable of handling large volumes of funds and potential investment rounds.

• Conduct cash flow forecasting and create liquidity policies across all legal entities and currencies.

• Manage banking relationships in the USA and Europe, transitioning them to API integrations instead of manual uploads.

• Be responsible for FX risks and hedge strategies.

• Maintain a debt servicing calendar and covenant compliance, preparing analytics for the CFO.

• Implement treasury AI tools (such as Nilus) and build a consolidated cash flow dashboard.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance within a multi-entity, multi-currency structure.

• Understanding of FX risks and hedging instruments.

• Experience with treasury AI platforms (Nilus, Kyriba, or similar).

• Knowledge of debt structures (credit lines, venture debt, convertible bonds) and covenant mechanics.

• Proficiency in NetSuite or another ERP system.
