Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity to ensure the organization fulfills its operational requirements. This entails managing daily cash transactions, concentrating funds, and guaranteeing effective cash utilization.

• Administer bank accounts (including opening, closing, maintenance, user setup, and entitlements), manage banking platforms, execute wire transfers and other payments, and assist in maintaining robust relationships with banking partners.

• Ensure that all U.S. vendor disbursements are processed in a timely manner and accurately recorded in the general ledger.

• Drive the cash flow forecasting process for the short and medium term, gathering data from various subsidiaries to deliver consolidated cash projections for the company.

• Manage the further integration of the Treasury function among newly acquired companies and international subsidiaries.

• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the treasury team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and supporting professional development.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing treasury processes and procedures.

• Engage in and lead special projects and perform ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in cash management, treasury, banking, or related financial analysis roles, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

• Experience working with multinational organizations and handling various currencies.

• Proficiency in large ERP systems is essential; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to manage workload efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
