Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company's daily global cash position for both domestic and international entities.

• Execute daily cash positioning and funding operations.

• Manage liquidity across operational accounts, investment accounts, and processor balances.

• Maintain suitable liquidity buffers to meet operational needs.

• Monitor liquidity across various currencies and legal entities.

• Identify and escalate any potential liquidity risks or funding requirements.

• Perform domestic and international wire transfers.

• Manage funding for payroll, ACH batches, and other operational payments.

• Oversee processor balances and settlement flows.

• Manage intercompany funding and interest calculations.

• Maintain treasury reporting and liquidity dashboards.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of bank accounts, including opening, closing, and modifications.

• Support the administration of the company's credit facility and public debt.

• Monitor any potential covenant or restricted payment implications.

• Assist with quarterly intercompany settlements.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of treasury operations and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or cash management.

• Proven experience in managing global liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.

• Knowledge of treasury operations and banking infrastructure.

• Experience in administering banking portals and payment platforms.

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to enhance workflows, analysis, and productivity.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional treasury or finance infrastructure projects.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Understanding of FX spot transactions and international treasury operations.

• Experience with banking platforms such as CashPro, JPM Access, or similar.

• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis.
