Treasury & FinOps Analyst, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Process payments to creators, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely transactions.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments while maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

• Follow up on both outstanding and new receivables.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address collections that have not yet been invoiced.

• Generate invoices for U.S. entities, assist with customer billing, and follow up on payments through external firms.

• Record and reconcile banking transactions across various financial and vendor portals.

• Manage and track cash flow, ensuring that inflows and outflows are accurately updated.

• Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations.

• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of routine finance tasks and minimize manual effort.

• Perform general administrative tasks related to clients, vendor portals, and daily financial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.

• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).

• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
