• Implementing API requests and executing SQL queries

• Delivering operational insights for various projects

• Acquiring knowledge regarding product advancements

• Updating processes and workflows as necessary

• Supporting in the escalation of tickets

• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams

• Recognizing and presenting innovative solutions to challenges

• Providing client solutions in a manner that de-escalates concerns

• Relevant experience in a B2B software environment

• Highly analytical with a strong technical aptitude

• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable about APIs

• Ability to swiftly adapt to new challenges

• Organized and self-directed work approach

• Comfortable working in a dynamic setting

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of client requirements and a focus on service-oriented support

• Natural coordinator with a comprehensive perspective and keen attention to detail

• Eagerness and drive to learn new concepts

• Academic degree or equivalent vocational training

• Proficiency in English
