Traveling Maintenance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Offer maintenance and housekeeping assistance, guidance, and supervision of the Maintenance Department within communities.

• Execute drills, perform preventative maintenance, manage room turnovers, and handle work orders.

• Maintain precise records for all inspections and drills conducted.

• Supervise and observe housekeepers to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for any emergencies occurring within the community.

• Coordinate and communicate with the home office team to facilitate a smooth transition for both outgoing and incoming community maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of management experience and three years of maintenance experience is required.

• Must possess proven knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment, with the ability to master company-specific software.

• Experience with Yardi, Teams, Smartsheet, and OneDrive is preferred.
