This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage commercial construction, renovation, and facility improvement initiatives across various locations.

• Supervise the installation and integration of essential infrastructure and industrial equipment, such as autoclaves, wash lines, compactors, boiler rooms, plumbing, gas piping, and electrical systems.

• Travel around 50% of the time to perform site visits, inspections, progress evaluations, and project completion tasks.

• Interpret blueprints, MEP drawings, and equipment specifications to facilitate project execution.

• Procure, assess, and oversee contractors and subcontractors to guarantee high-quality work, competitive pricing, and timely project completion.

• Lead and mentor skilled trades teams, offering direction, performance evaluations, and safety leadership.

• Track project budgets, schedules, documentation, and reporting while proactively managing risks and delays.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, OSHA regulations, and company safety standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Contractor or in a similar commercial construction, project management, or site leadership position.

• A valid General Contractor license (or the capability to obtain reciprocal licensure), OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.

• Experience in managing multiple skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and other subcontracted services.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial building systems, including boiler rooms, gas piping, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.

• Proven experience in obtaining, evaluating, and negotiating bids, contracts, scopes of work, and change orders with contractors and subcontractors.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, MEP drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.

• Familiarity with building codes, permitting processes, OSHA regulations, and construction safety best practices.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, vendor management, and project management abilities, with the willingness to travel approximately 50% and pass required background and drug screenings.
