Traveling Construction Customer Success Manager, 80% Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the implementation and daily operations of Buildots on key client projects.

• Assist teams in adopting the platform and provide support for site operations.

• Ensure effective integration of Buildots technology into project workflows.

• Maintain primary relationships and act as the main point of contact for significant client projects.

• Lead the comprehensive platform implementation, from onboarding and training to workflow integration.

• Discover methods to enhance client value and make Buildots integral to team operations.

• Collaborate with internal project managers to tailor the platform to project complexities.

• Collect client feedback on the ground and relay it to the product team to influence the roadmap.

• Ensure clients are successfully utilizing the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer.

• Proven experience on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects.

• A self-motivated individual who identifies issues, takes ownership, and resolves them proactively.

• Comfortable working on job sites and capable of presenting to senior client stakeholders via video.

• Quick learner who adapts to new tools rapidly and conveys complex ideas clearly.

• Excellent interpersonal skills across various roles and cultures.

• Genuine enthusiasm for the potential of technology in the construction sector.

• Energized by travel and being on-site where the work is taking place.

• Ability to transform data and feedback into actionable insights.

• Positive attitude and a sense of humor.

• Capacity to work across projects in Texas and the Central U.S.

• Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

• Ideally located within a 30-mile radius of major airports in Austin, Dallas, or Houston.

• Preferred: Experience in Construction Mission Critical sectors such as Data Center, Aviation, or Healthcare.

• Preferred: Superintendent experience on complex construction projects involving process and/or technology implementation.

• Preferred: Experience as a VDC Manager.
