This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Manage the daily operations of the facility to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Oversee all department managers to guarantee the facility adheres to compliance standards.
• Accountable for delivering clinical services that align with business objectives while meeting or surpassing quality, clinical, utilization standards, performance metrics, and financial productivity targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing and resolving resident care concerns.
• A genuine enthusiasm and commitment to working with seniors.
• A dynamic, adaptable, and energetic personality.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or a related field is required.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, governmental agencies, their representatives, and the broader community.
• Capability to implement the philosophy of care for both the facility and the company.
• Up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• A professional demeanor in both appearance and conduct.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
