This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee relationships with high-level executives, including board members, CEOs, and C-suite leaders, serving as their dedicated point of contact.
• Support their assistants and executive secretaries by delivering proactive, prompt, and precise assistance that anticipates needs and streamlines decision-making.
• Employ a consultative approach throughout the process: from identifying the need to completing the trip, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing even the smallest details.
• Offer extensive, ongoing support, guaranteeing availability and responsiveness for any requests or unforeseen events during the journey.
• Meticulously validate all contracted services—such as flights, accommodations, transfers, experiences, and charters—ensuring each component is confirmed according to the client's preferences, schedule, and profile.
• Actively assess the travel environment, taking into account weather, local events, risks, and instabilities, while preparing contingency plans to ensure the executive’s comfort and safety.
• Manage leisure itineraries for the executive and their companions when applicable, providing tailored recommendations for dining, cultural activities, and wellness experiences, always in alignment with the client's tastes and interests.
• Pay close attention to every detail throughout the journey, ensuring comfort, security, fluidity, and sophistication at each interaction.
• Ensure exceptional personalization of the experience by delivering gifts, amenities, and gestures suitable for the client's occasion, considering important dates, personal style, and relationship history.
• Develop strong relationships with strategic suppliers, both domestic and international—such as hotel chains, airlines, executive transport firms, and airport support partners—negotiating favorable terms, anticipating needs, and ensuring premium-level service delivery.
• Conduct post-trip follow-up with an elegant, consultative demeanor, expressing gratitude, gathering feedback, and refining future services based on insights gained.
• Maintain the client's profile with pertinent information, including sensory and dietary preferences, scheduling requirements, travel style, and behavior during trips.
• Serve as a benchmark for providing discreet, strategic, and sophisticated service, ensuring the executive's journey is seamless and effortless from beginning to end.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Communications).
• Advanced English proficiency (essential for working with international travel, global suppliers, and bilingual executives).
• A postgraduate degree or specialization is an advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in clear, elegant, and strategic conversations with diverse client profiles.
• Strong mediation skills, active listening abilities, and confidence in managing sensitive situations or unexpected events.
• Analytical mindset, capable of making confident decisions and prioritizing effectively.
• Highly organized, responsible, and possessing meticulous attention to detail.
